The publications available for free download include guidelines and position statements on various clinical issues in neonatology and perinatology.

Biology of the Neonate - http://www.karger.com/journals/bon/bon_jh.htm This peer reviewed journal on neonatology is published monthly by Krager. The abstracts and table of contents are available online since 1996 and a email delivery of table of contents is free, while the full text online is restricted to subscribers.

NeoReviews-http://neoreviews.aapjournal.org/ Neoreviews is a monthly collection on neonatal and perinatal medicine from the American Academy of Pediatrics. Though the full text of the journal is restricted to subscribers, some of the reviews and features are available for unrestricted download. (Fig 1)

This is another practical guidebook for residents in pediatrics and neonatology from the Georgetown University.
