The National Guideline Clearinghouse is a comprehensive database of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines. The NGC website is an initiative of the US Department of Health and Human services. The NGC website contains structured abstracts, links to full text guidelines, downloads for the PDA (personal digital assistant), a guideline comparison utility, a bulletin board and an annotated bibliography. Email notification of new additions to their database are available to registered users.

E-Epilepsy (Evidence based medicine in epilepsy) - www.e-epilepsy.org.uk

This website has a large collection of evidence summaries on epilepsy. The website also includes sections on literature reviews, anti-epileptic drug information, epilepsy news and a question and answer section. This website has been hosted by the National Society for Epilepsy, UK.

Centre for evidence based Paediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition - www.cebpgan.org

This centre is affiliated with the University of Sydney and maintains a database of randomised controlled trials, critically appraised topics and systematic reviews on Paediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition. The cebpgan website also has a collection of web links to various Evidence Based Medicine websites.
