Access to the full-text of the journal is available free. Other features include email delivery of table of contents, search and access to full-text of past issues.

Tuberculosis and Outbreak weekly - www.newsrx.com This is a weekly newsletter on recent developments on various infectious disease outbreaks and tuberculosis. Abstracts of articles on these topics have been collected from various sources and have been provided in this website.

Global Emerging Infections System - www.geis.ha.osd.mil/ This US government website provides news about outbreaks of infectious diseases from all parts of the world. Considering its current prominence, this website also contains a special page on SARS.

APEC Emerging Infections network - www.apec.org/infectious/ This network monitors emerging infections from the Asia Pacific Economic cooperation forum, comprising countries in the Pacific rim, by providing timely information, data sharing and enabling better collaboration among member countries. Presently this website has a good collection of information on SARS, including a "Lessons from SARS' section and a biweekly newsletter.

Eurosurveillance - www.eurosurveillance. org/index-02.asp This is the website of the surveillance network for communicable diseases from the European Union countries. The website contains reports of investigations into infectious disease outbreaks from various countries in the European Union. The website includes a monthly publication, Eurosurveillance, and a weekly bulletin Eurosurveillance Weekly.

Emerging Infections tutorial - http://depts.washington.edu/eminf/index.html This online tutorial on various aspects of emerging infectious diseases is from the University of Washington. Free access has been provided for the complete tutorial.
